In this lesson I give you slow sensual choreography. We will work on musicality and on the lines of ur body. How to be beautiful without difficult tricks, but focusing on feet and arms. I will teach you to dance so ur movements become a single flow. the choreography is aimed at showing your unique sensuality.

EXOTIC TRICKS

This lesson includes a strength warm-up that will strengthen and prepare your body for the load. I will share with you my own tricks: unique mix of gymnastics and poledance. We will learning different tricks: for hard style (jumps, somersaults with pole etc) And for flow style (handstands, different splits, somersaults on the floor) Important! This lesson is not about your level of acrobatics. U can do everything for one lesson, if you listen and follow me step by step.
