How do I book a class?

Booking a class is simple and can be done in just three easy steps:

Login or Create an Account: If you don’t already have an account, sign up on our website.
Purchase a Package or Membership: Choose the package or membership that best suits your needs.
Use Your Credits to Book a Class: Once you have credits in your account, use them to book your desired class.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Accepted Answer

Pole Classes:
For pole classes, the more exposed skin, the better! Wear pole or cycling shorts and a sports bra. This allows for better grip on the pole. Don't forget to bring a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Aerial Classes:
For aerial classes, coverage is key! Wear long sleeves, leggings, and socks to protect your skin from the apparatus. Bringing a water bottle and a towel is also recommended.

Dance Classes:
For dance classes, wear comfortable dance attire that allows for freedom of movement. No outside shoes are allowed inside the stvdio, so please bring a separate pair of shoes specifically for dancing.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We have a strict 18-hour cancellation policy. To avoid forfeiting your class credits, please ensure you cancel your classes on time. You can do this by logging into your account and canceling your classes directly through our website or mobile app. Timely cancellations help us manage our schedule and accommodate other students.

Please note that all sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No shows and late-comers are not eligible for return of class credit nor a refund.

Can i freeze or extend my package or membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! There is an extension fee of Php 1,000 per week. However, if you suffer a serious injury or become gravely ill, you may submit a medical certificate, and we will freeze and extend your package without any additional cost. Your well-being is our priority.
